I was constantly making sure everything was on track, and I didn’t feel like I could fully relax or be present.
That experience shaped how I serve my couples today.
Because I decided then: No bride should ever have to feel that way.

My Name is Lauren! I'm an outgoing creative who loves being around people and truly thrives when hosting parties and creating fun and memorable experiences for those I love. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we are raising our fun, fearless 3 year old, Ryker. We homeschool, which means my days are often a mix of reading, exploring, toddler logic, and learning how to slow down and notice the small things.
Our house can be wild. We share our home with our two German Shepherds (Riggs & Maverick), two cats (Leo & Oscar), and Blitz- our police K9 who works with me husband and lives with us when he’s off duty. Our life is full, a little wild, and a lot of energy
This is more than photography to me.
It’s about creating space for you to feel - to laugh freely, cry openly, to soak in every part of the moment knowing someone you trust is capturing it all.

How It All Started…
In 2013, Evan and I took an Alaskan Cruise and we saw so many beautiful mammals in the water including a humpback whale and a white seal!
We thought, "Dang, it would have been cool to have a nice camera with us!"
When we got home we started researching cameras for our next vacation. Evan asked me if I ever thought about taking portraits for families or even weddings. We both agreed I should give it a shot and the rest was history!
I've built a business I am super proud of and I was able to take my business full-time in 2018. But without my husband, I would have never taken the leap. Without his support and encouragement, I never would have gotten this far. I'll always be grateful to him for that.
